Full Length Festival Rules

1.                  All entries must be affiliated to the Cheshire Theatre Guild.

2.                  All entries to be completed on the correct Cheshire Theatre Guild full length play documentation and the fully completed form, dated, signed and with the fee paid in full, should be received by the Cheshire Theatre Guild Festival Organiser at least 21 days prior to production dates.

3.                  Adjudication will be allowed only between the 1st September and 30th June. Any requests outside these dates will be at the discretion and availability of the adjudicator.

4.                  In the spirit of fairness to all entries, personnel, cast, technical and backstage, shall be of strictly amateur status.

5.                  Cheshire Theatre Guild cannot accept any legal responsibility arising from infringements of copyright. The adjudicator must be advised of any alterations to the script.

6.                  All trophies are awarded for twelve monts, but must be returned for engraving prior to the AGM awards evening or when requested by the Festival Organiser.

7.                  Entries in the Full Length Play Festival need not necessarily be a conventional full length play. If in doubt seek guidance from the Cheshire Theatre Guild committee, whose decision on suitability will be final.

Note: Any breach of the above rules may disqualify an entry to the Full Length Play Festival.
